The Pillow you are daily using to sleep should not use more than 3 years. because there is more possibility to create small insects in it as well as pillow get sink which may cause neck pains & allergies
The Sponge using to clean kitchen equipment’s should not use more than 6 month
The equipment using to clean the body when bathing of should boil with hot water of least once a month & use in order to protect from germs
